Through government programs like the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU), Solar for Homes, and New South Wales Energy Saving Scheme (ESS), we offer energy-efficient products such as heat pumps and air conditioners. With rebates of up to $6,430 for AC systems and $2,631 for heat pump hot water, switching from gas to electric has never been easier for consumers.

Your Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the advantages of switching from ducted gas heating to ducted electric air conditioning units and solar battery rebates.
- Build strong relationships with customers and address any concerns they may have.
- Guide customers through government rebate options to help them save on energy costs.
What We're Looking For:
- Hardworking and Results-Driven: Candidates must be committed to achieving targets and willing to put in the hard work required.
- Being Able to Meet Our KPIs: Meeting KPIs is crucial; failure to consistently hit targets may lead to termination.
- Experience in Phone Sales: At least 3+ years of phone sales experience, ideally in renewable energy, solar, or energy efficiency sectors.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-Time Position: 12-month contract with ongoing opportunities.
- Base Salary Package: $75k to $85k base salary package (based on experience), plus 12.0% superannuation.
- OTE Potential: Earn up to an additional $108,500 annually in uncapped commissions.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:15 am – 5:45 pm, with a 60-minute lunch break.
- Location: Four-day work from home, one-day in the office.
