Health & Safety Manager required to assist on-site with the development & implementation of a Safety Strategy within a diverse & exciting precinct.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and model Safety behaviours around the precinct.
- Work closely with contractors & consultants on-site.
- Monitor and report progress against Safety KPIs
- Assist in the implementation of all Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Develop and conduct regular audits.
- Provide leadership and support to line managers and supervisors.
- Ensure that appropriate compliance checks, analysis, and risk assessments, programmed and ad-hoc inspections of all worksites are conducted in an efficient manner.
- Plan, develop and deliver safety training as required.
- Assist managers in the delivery of induction programs for new employees.
- Attend internal and committee meetings.
- Effectively promote, wherever possible an understanding of desired Safety relevant to operational areas.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience working across Construction / Heavy industry projects.
- Lead Auditing Qualifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
