**The opportunity**
The Platforms business is a division of AMP Australia with end to end accountablity for AMP’s Wealth Superannuation Fund, Wrap Platforms and SuperConcepts SMSF businesses.

The Product & Pricing Team proactively manage and optimise the margins and profitability for AMP’s superannuation, pension and investment wrap platforms for individuals and businesses. The commercially aware team of finance professionals, including actuaries, proactively drive insights and analysis across the Wealth Products and Platforms portfolio.

**How you will make an impact**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent proficiency in the following capabilities:

- Support in the design and implementation of the pricing strategy for AMP's Wrap Platform portfolio to achieve strategic plan objectives
- Support in the optimisation of product margins and profitability for the Wrap Platform portfolio, considering product mix, anticipated sales volumes, retention, inforce business growth, expense unit costs, capital requirements and other profit drivers
- Ensure product and offer pricing is compliant and operates within AMP’s risk appetite
- Proactively seek exposure to new challenges to enhance skills and capabilities.

**What you will bring to the role**
You should be able to demonstrate competency in the following areas;
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant business discipline, Actuarial, Accounting, Finance, Business or other similar discipline
- 3+ years’ experience, preferably within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated experience in margin and profit management
- Detailed understanding of investment and superannuation platform markets, competitors, and the legislative and compliance environment
- Demonstrated understanding of capital, profit and value measures and drivers
- SQL and data analysis (highly desirable) and strong excel skills (required)
