**The role**
Reporting to the State Sales Director you will be working in a small team environment providing administrative and support services for the business. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Assisting in the coordination of supply and service activities ensuring customer orders and expectations are met
- Assisting in day-to-day order entries and processing customer invoices
- Managing, tracking and directing service and repair activities
- Coordinating mobile installation programs via technicians and subcontractors
- Ensuring business and stakeholders are informed on the progress of repairs and orders
- Supporting the sales team in generating quotes and preparing tender response documents
- Assist in local and international shipping as required
- Developing and maintaining relationships between Simoco and Suppliers ensuring orders are tracked to manage lead-time variations
- Assisting with additional administrative duties as required including maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, supporting accounts receivable and sales ledger activity etc

**The person**
You are customer-focused, can multitask and are experienced in working with a variety of clients and managing expectations. Experience within a PMR industry or telecommunications environment would be an advantage.

It goes without saying you have excellent communication skills, have the ability to take ownership of an issue and enjoy a fast pace environment.

Proficient computer skills a must. Software utilised: MYOB, MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
