Service Coordinator

AMEK Engineering is a national company providing first class building services to the commercial industry.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Managing Service Contracts in an efficient and diligent manner
- Liaising with clients and ensure client KPI’s and target are being achieved with a high standard of customer service.
- Managing & coordinating of service calls, maintenance & project works
- Manage Client and internal compliance systems
- Resolving customer complaints and job issues
- Preparations and submission of quotations
- Efficient scheduling of technical field staff
- Managing & coordinating of subcontractors to ensure jobs are attended and completed in a timely manner
- Monthly reporting and attendance to client meetings
- Managing and ensuring asset registers are accurate and up to date
**Skill Requirements**:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Highly organised and able to prioritise & multitask
- Ability to manage working under pressure whilst maintaining a professional standard of conduct
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High levels of phone handling, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
- Experience in similar roles or administration duties

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
