About the role
Sunnyfield is currently seeking a People Services Coordinator to join our People, Learning & Culture (HR) Team in a 12 month’s contract as a parental leave cover. The purpose of this role is to administer and coordinate the operational tasks and processes within the People Learning and Culture function of the organisation.
- Join Sunnyfield's People, Learning and Culture Team, reporting to the People Services Manager
- Deliver operational PLC activities across the employee lifecycle - new starters, employment changes and terminations
- Answer first line enquiries from managers and staff escalating issues and queries within PLC appropriate
- Attend and cover reception duties when required
- Manage and maintain staff e-files and records
- Lead and contribute to process improvement projects
About You
- A team player who can operate under competing pressures
- Experience capturing and improving processes
- Experience using database systems, ideally an HRIS
- Ability to deliver multiple administration processes independently while meeting stakeholder expectations
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Exceptional administration skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications - degree in Human Resource Management (desirable)
- Experience within a people, learning and culture function (desirable)
