About the role

Responsibilities include:

- Provide assistance and guidance to hiring managers
- Managing end to end recruitment, including bulk recruitment campaigns
- Coordinating and conducting interviews

About you

We’re looking for someone who is aligned with Sunnyfield's values of trust, honesty, respect and innovation, and is passionate about Sunnyfield's vision of providing excellence in supporting people with disability, and its mission to enrich the lives of people with disability by creating choice, opportunity and skills for life.
- Experience in volume recruitment is preferred (desirable)
- Strong customer service and/or business partnering skills
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
