**About the role**

Supporting the CEO, this all-encompassing and important role requires a highly effective, polished communicator and outstanding proactive coordinator. Providing top-level support on a professional and personal level your specific duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Ensuring the Office of the CEO operates effectively, in a prioritised, coordinated and sustainable way
- Providing high level administration, planning and prioritisation support to the CEO
- Work closely with the CEO, and the Senior Leadership Team and providing quality customer service to Directors, Associates and Stakeholders
- Initiate action arising from such meetings as required.
- Producing correspondence, presentations and reports on behalf of the CEO
- Compiling, collating reports and presentations for the CEO
- Developing and maintaining Document Management and Filing systems
- Ensuring the highest degree of confidentiality at all times
- Attending to inquiries face-to-face or by telephone in the CEO's absence

About You
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Executive Manager
- Experience with Board of Director meetings/papers liaison
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, pro-actively plan ahead, exercise discretion and use initiative
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow up
- Ability to multi task and manage changing priorities
