Marketing Manager - Must have Fashion Experience

**Your new company**
My Client are an Iconic Footwear Brand that has the hottest fashion footwear available all year round for Men and Women who require an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**
My client are currently looking for a marketing manager who will be accountable for leading and developing our team of e-commerce, socials, VM and our customer service to drive our digital growth and store experience and our online customer experience. Role includes brand management across the brand in Australia and UK.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Create and execute marketing strategy online with our brand demographic,
- Proven experience as a senior marketing manager with fashion and retail,
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills,
- Ability to lead and mentor a team,
- Depth of understanding of the national and international retail and online landscapes commercially,
- Must have 7 years plus experience in a marketing managing role,
- Also must be hands on and having knowledge of how to do the roles of social media, Meta business, tik tok, and digital marketing.
