About the Company

This FMCG company can best be described as entrepreneurial and dynamic and has developed a range of health and wellness products that are distributed through grocery and pharmacy outlets. The brands are highly recognisable and leaders in their various categories. They have a "can do culture" and an opportunity has arisen to lead a team of 3 in this high profile category. Do you have Marketing Manager experience in a FMCG or OTC Pharmaceutical business and you are looking for a new challenge? This could be it.

About the role

  • Lead a team of 3 and develop and execute strategies to grow share and volume
  • Manage the entire P&L and maximise profitability whilst working cross functionally with sales, finance and all other departments
  • Develop new products from ideation through to launch via a stage gate approval process
  • Work closely with external agencies around effective media spend across social media
  • Instigate research to determine consumer needs and feedback
  • Participate in trade account reviews and new product presentations
  • Ensure product compliance with the TGA and other authorities
  • Understand the competitors and direction of the market and trends and opportunities here and globally

About You

Must haves

  • You are a multitasker and have strong strategic skills and attention to detail
  • Your background includes OTC Pharmaceutical or FMCG marketing
  • You are a commercial beast- you know your numbers and you run your portfolio like your own business
  • You are looking for a new challenge
