**About the Company**

This is a leading Education Authority who is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts, overseeing website development and maintenance, managing social media channels, executing social media marketing campaigns, managing PR activities, and creating compelling marketing collateral.

**Day to day activities**
- Assist in collaborating with design/branding agencies to develop a visual identity for an exciting new online service.
- Support the web/digital agency in maintaining and updating the website, focusing on user-friendliness, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the website, such as SEO and user journey enhancements, and assist in implementing them with agency partners.
- Contribute to establishing and managing the social media presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, including creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Support the coordination of PR activities, such as drafting press releases, maintaining media relations, and assisting in organizing industry events with our PR agency.
- Collaborate with University central marketing teams to amplify media and social coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and assist in preparing reports on the performance of PR campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and event materials as needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, and provide input for data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a bonus, but generalist marketing experience is the primary requirement (approx. 5 years minimum).
- Proven experience collaborating with web agencies to develop website structure and content. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience managing social media marketing campaigns and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
- Experience managing PR agencies and a solid understanding of public relations principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Desirable: Experience working on projects in the Education and/or mental health sector.
