**About the Opportunity**

The newly formed Talent and Organisational Development team are seeking an energetic person to join the team to drive our strong focus on sourcing and attracting great talent into our business. Lactalis is a flexible work place and in this role we are happy to support 60% office, 40% from home working balance.

Reporting to the Head of HR - Talent and OD, you will be responsible for the implementation of staff attraction, sourcing, recruitment and on boarding processes across the business nationally in partnership with management and HR stakeholders.
- A proven track record in Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to utilise recruitment systems to their fullest
(we use My Recruitment+)
- Strong influencing skills
- And be highly efficient and can juggle many activities at a time.
