Job Summary
To responsibly lead the full scope of recruitment activities for Windlab. This role is a mix of recruitment strategy
and recruitment process. This role requires creativity as well as strong organisational and business partnering
skills. Prior experience recruiting construction roles will be viewed favorably.

Windlab is wishing to bring its talent acquisition activities in house. Over the next 12 months it is anticipated
that we will be recruiting between 50 - 80 positions.

To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full cycle recruiting and
employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them
find success in our company.

The position will be based in Windlab’s Brisbane office and the role may be a part-time role.

**Responsibilities**:
- Review and recommend changes to the current Windlab recruitment process, including job
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Devise LinkedIn recruitment campaigns
- Input into website career design
- Work closely with the business to manage and anticipate workforce requirements
- Management external recruitment consultants to ensure optimal pricing and results
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls
etc.)
- Maintain analytics and produce reports as required i.e. use metrics to create reports and

identify areas of improvement

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educate Windlab employees on effective use of LinkedIn for recruitment purposes
- Launch and manage the Construction Expressions of Interest campaign
- Manage Windlab acquiring a company specific labour agreement
- Qualifications & Experience- 7+ years recruitment acquisition experience with construction experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience devising and delivering LinkedIn recruitment campaigns
- Demonstrated experience using a talent management system
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
