A renowned Australian business, with head offices in the inner Northern suburbs of Melbourne, are seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Analyst to join their team.

This role has the option of being worked in either a Full-Time or Part-Time capacity (4 days) and has the very real option of Flexible, Hybrid and Remote working. The expectation is that you are able to come into the office on occasion, so you must be Melbourne based.

A vibrant, fast paced workplace, they're looking for someone who has a strong passion for Analytics, you may have worked withing HR Services, or Payroll, ideally Remuneration & Benefits - however this may suits someone looking to specialise in this area.

You will play a key role in the execution of the annual remuneration review and

incentive calculation for a large workforce. In conjunction with;
- Conducting job evaluations using consulting methodology
- Completing data for remuneration surveys for Australia and NZ and
- Providing remuneration and benefits advise to the business
- Support the design and administration of benefits (e.g. leave
- programs, PED scheme, etc)
- Working closely with a Global Mobility team, supporting the setting
- up and administering of international assignments and moves
- Upkeep of internal visa information

You will ideally have;
- Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Business, Commerce or Human Resources
- Sound experience in a remuneration and benefits, financial analyst / payroll or HR generalist role with a strong remuneration focus
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
- Exposure to a complex, fast paced work environment
- Familiarity with remuneration processes within an in-cloud-based HR software, such as SuccessFactors or Workday
