We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst – Capital & Credit Risk Reporting to support the bank's capital and credit risk reporting obligations. This is a pivotal role that ensures the accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight of reporting across internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Analyst– Capital & Credit Risk Reporting will work closely with Treasury, Risk, Lending, Data & Insights, and Audit teams.

What you will be doing

  • Prepare and deliver capital and credit risk reports for internal stakeholders including Treasury, Risk, Executive and Board Committees.
  • Produce regulatory disclosures for APRA on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.
  • Support external reporting requirements including credit rating agencies, RMRT, Financial Report and Sustainability Report.
  • Conduct analytics on asset quality, provisioning, and capital adequacy.
  • Maintain and enhance key risk models: ECL, CRWA, and Prescribed Provision.
  • Lead the implementation of new APRA reporting standards, including business requirements, testing, and BAU transition.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Review and maintain policies and procedures aligned with APRA, ASIC, and Board standards.

What you will bring

  • Strong analytical skills with a logical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, with the ability to build relationships across teams such as Treasury, Lending, Data & Insights, and Audit.
  • A self-starter attitude, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a changing regulatory landscape.
  • Familiarity with APRA standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
