People & Culture Coordinator - 6 month contract with view to perm - up to $45 - $50 per hour Based West ADL

This leading Australian Healthcare provider are truly passionate around working alongside the people and communities which they serve. With exceptional organisational growth occurring, an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Coordinator to immediately join their expanding team. Based in Adelaide's West region, this position is a full-time 6 month temporary opportunity with view for potential permanency.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Executive General Manager People and Culture, your new role as the P&C Coordinator will see you focusing on the below duties;
- Support the development and implementation of People & Culture initiatives, policies, procedures and projects.
- Coordinate all HR administration during the employee’s life cycle relating to any change of employment terms and conditions (ie. FTE, salary, temporary variations, contract extension, parental leave letters, title changes etc).
- Provide advice and interpretation on terms and conditions in employees' employment agreements, enterprise agreements and awards.
- Assist with the coordination of any training and development projects and general preparation of HR reporting
