We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join one of our clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing high quality, accurate and timely HR support and consultancy services to managers and employees
- Collaborate and support the leaders to understand HR requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase performance, productivity and retention
- Use metrics and data to provide insights and proactively support and drive direction of the Business Unit including resolving issues as they arrive
- Review business unit performance indicators and their related people impact and where appropriate, contribute to the achievement of these targets
- Contribute to the review of people policies and procedures that enable the achievement of organisational imperatives
- Provide advice and recommend solutions across the employee life cycle to address employee and business unit needs

**Experience Required**
- Relevant tertiary qualification (HR, psychology) or equivalent experience
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Considerable experience of coaching, supporting and advising leaders on a range of HR matters, to achieve improvement in employee experience and business outcomes
- Able to set priorities and work under pressure in meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
