**About the role**:
Our security client is seeking a full time permanent Service Delivery | Rostering Coordinator to coordinate the resourcing and rostering of security personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery, in a manner which results in the highest possible quality of service to customers, the most cost effective and efficient way, and maximises their profitability.

**Skills and experience**:

- Answering and actioning service bookings as required
- Liaising with client regarding rostering requirements where required
- Understanding site issues, i.e. level of training, clearances etc.
- Daily contact with sites to ensure rosters are correct
- Rostering and briefing employees to cover work in the most efficient manner, adhering to fatigue guidelines ensuring a high standard of service to the customer
- Rostering effective coverage for sickness, annual leave, LSL, RDO's and vacancies
- Identifying and reporting recruitment needs
- Updating CRM details with correct rosters, payroll details etc.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines accurately, with attention to detail and with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective interactions with managers, staff and the public.
- Ability to work as a member of team
- Ability to cope with a busy work environment and work in an organised manner
- Ability to make independent, informed decisions

This is a
**permanent position**, ideally to start before Christmas with training provided.
- Full-time position, North of the River
- Monday to Friday role, 8 hour days with flexibility on early start and late finishes (i.e. start at 6am and finish at 2pm; start at 10am and finish at 6pm; the team rotates through early starts, late finishes and a shift in between). Availability between 6am - 6pm for various shifts is the ideal scenario.
