**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced ICT Business Consultant to join our growing team and help further improve and evolve our systems to better serve our clients and the global fresh food market.

As an ICT Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with users and the development team to formulate and document business requirements that will help enhance our software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge system that transforms how the fresh food industry manages transactions and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Work closely with users to gather, document, and define business requirements for system and software development.

Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, workflows, and procedures to uncover inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices.

Evaluate system functionality, providing recommendations to improve processes, performance, and user experience.

Develop project plans using project management methodologies to manage resources, timelines, and budgets, while overseeing the deployment of functional solutions and system test plans to ensure quality performance.

Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for system users, while creating clear functional specifications for system developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Use data and process modeling techniques to develop detailed system specifications for system design and development.

Act as a central reference and point of contact for system-related decisions, providing guidance and support to users and project teams.

Collaborate with users and programmers to design and implement improvements to the functionality of our website, apps, and other systems.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather comprehensive requirements, define project scopes, and develop detailed project plans.

Track project progress, make necessary adjustments, and foster communication between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and outcomes.

Document and communicate business requirements, workflows, and process models in a clear and concise manner

Oversee third-party development teams, ensuring the design and development meet system optimization goals.

Optimize core ERP functions, such as procurement, inventory management, and production scheduling, to enhance cross-department collaboration.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst, ideally within the fresh food or supply chain industry.

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and project management principles.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with B2B management software, preferably in the food or retail sectors.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience in creating functional specifications and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
