- Have full Australian working rights
- Ability to speak Vietnamese, Mandarin or Chinese is highly desirable but not essential
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

**A day in the role involves**
- Developing strong rapport to understand your participants' needs, interests, skills and experience
- Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support them at work and ongoing
- Creating job opportunities for our customers through reverse marketing strategies, business development and client liaison/account management
- Creating job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
- Increasing our participants' employability through training and other support services
- Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations
