Austab Labels is a privately owned Australian company specialising in the manufacture of plain and printed pressure sensitive labels and tags for industry, retail and home use.

We are looking for a dynamic office all-rounder to join our growing label business located in Altona North. **This is a Maternity Cover position**. If you have great attention to detail, strong computer skills, initiative, and an ability to work independently as well as be part of a team, then look no further - this role is for you.

We are offering a friendly working environment and the chance to work with a motivated high-performance team whilst also providing full on the job training. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm role.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Telephone Sales and Enquiries
- Data Entry
- Key Customer Focus
- Proactive Response to Customer Queries
- Strong sales and / or customer service background
- High level of attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and work under pressure
- Meeting highly critical supply deadlines
- Great organisation & communication skills
- Bright friendly and helpful personality and telephone manner
- Data entry including sales orders, invoices and credits
- Strong Computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
- Telephone and Online sales

You will enjoy diversity within your spectrum of responsibilities and as such, you will need to have a flexible approach to your job function and a collaborative work style.

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Altona North, VIC 3025 (preferred)
