Take the next step in your career as a UKG Systems Administrator at the University of Melbourne. You will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, leveraging the latest Workday, UKG, and Dayforce capabilities. This is a chance to be part of a transformative project that will uplift processes, reporting, and decision-making across HR and finance practices, delivering a seamless experience for our people.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating with the ST&A Product Owner to ensure solution compliance
- Acting as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving UKG Pro WFM issues
- Managing test execution, issue triage, and knowledge transfer activities
- Supporting weekly and monthly pay processes and compliance reporting
- Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Providing end-user support, training, and education on the UKG system and processes

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are an experienced UKG Workforce Administrator with a passion for driving system excellence and a commitment to delivering compliant, high-quality outcomes.

**You may also**:

- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Have strong configuration and functional knowledge of UKG Dimensions and workforce planning systems
- Demonstrate experience in managing stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
- Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Showcase a keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service focus
