**Your next career opportunity**
Take the next step in your career as a Workday Finance System Support professional. You'll play a key role in configuring, enhancing, and maintaining the University's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, leveraging the advanced Workday platform. This is an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across finance processes.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving integration and production issues promptly
- Ensuring solutions comply with legislation and the Enterprise Agreement
- Coordinating testing activities, issue triage, and knowledge transfer
- Configuring and building processes in Workday for optimal solutions
- Collaborating with Finance SMEs to define requirements for system improvements
- Developing and maintaining finance reports, dashboards, and analytics

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are an experienced finance professional with a passion for system administration and a drive to support data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analytics.

**You may also**:

- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Have experience in finance SaaS systems, preferably Workday Finance
- Demonstrate expertise in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities
