Take the next step in your career by joining the University of Melbourne's finance systems team. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of supporting and optimising our cutting-edge Workday Finance platform.

You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in finance systems, troubleshooting, and process improvement to enable data-driven decision-making and drive operational excellence across the University.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving integration and production issues
- Configuring and building processes in Workday to ensure optimal solutions for the University
- Coordinating with client teams on ad hoc or non-standard batch uploads
- Developing and maintaining finance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are an experienced finance professional with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence and enable strategic decision-making.

**You may also**:

- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent mix of education, training, and experience
- Have experience in finance SaaS systems, preferably with Workday Finance certifications/accreditations
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Be a self-motivated team player with a desire to achieve common goals
