Join the University of Melbourne as a Workday System Support specialist for Absence processes. You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR systems, driving digital transformation, and enabling operational excellence. **Your responsibilities will include**:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues and defects
- Configuring and building processes in Workday to ensure optimal solutions for the University
- Supporting client teams with data uploads and interface management
- Developing and maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-making

You are an experienced HR systems professional with a passion for driving digital transformation and enabling operational excellence through innovative technology solutions.

**You may also**:

- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification and Workday certification/accreditation
- Have experience in HR SaaS systems and the software development life cycle
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Be a self-motivated team player with excellent organisational abilities
