**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **System Optimisation**:Configure and build processes in Workday to deliver optimal solutions for the University's workforce management needs.
- **Issue Resolution**:Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and production issues promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption to HR operations.
- **Stakeholder Support**:Educate and train analysts and business stakeholders on system administration and updates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are a certified Workday HCM professional with a strong background in HR SAAS systems, possessing excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex HR requirements into effective technical solutions.

**You may also**:

- Hold relevant Workday certifications with hands-on experience in implementing and optimising Workday HR solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of software development life cycle activities.
- Have strong analytical skills and experience in writing and executing requirements, design, development, and testing documents.
- Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Workday features and HR technology trends.
