**Venue Manager**

Liquid & Larder has been appointed following a competitive tender as the official food and beverage partner for The EVE Hotel Sydney - the city’s most anticipated new-build boutique hotel opening of the year.

**About The Venue**:
Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner.

On the street level of The EVE sits a European-inspired Lobby Bar. A welcoming and vibrant hub that caters to every taste—open early and up late, from caffeine to cocktails served alongside all-day bistro classics. It’s a place for our guests to settle in and reset as such the venue requires a strong leader with the desire to mentor & create unique experiences for our guests as we deliver an exceptional all-day dining experience.

**About The Role**:
To thrive in this role as **Venue Manager**, you’ll need to be consistent, self-assured, and prepared to take on a hands-on approach, ensuring the entire venue operates at its optimal performance. You’ll be responsible for making sure all departments are staffed with the right people and are consistently delivering Liquid & Larder’s purpose.

Prior experience in an all-day dining lobby bar is preferred, along with a keen eye for detail to maintain the consistent quality of our offerings.
