Liquid & Larder has been appointed the official food and beverage partner for **The** **EVE** Hotel Sydney - the city’s most anticipated new-build boutique hotel opening of the year.

**THE ROLE**

Your role is to ensure the bar team consistently performs at the highest standard by implementing and enforcing effective policies. You will be responsible for putting the right people in place, ensuring they are committed to delivering exceptional attention to detail and upholding impeccable standards for both drink quality and service. Your ultimate goal is to exceed customers’ expectations, leaving them fully satisfied and wanting for nothing. Aim for nothing less than excellence, striving to set the bar for being among the best in the industry.

**ABOUT THE VENUES**

Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner.

Atop The Eve’s lush rooftop oasis is a contemporary Mexican restaurant, where you can expect authentic Mexican flavours crafted with fresh Australian produce, perfectly paired with drinks to match.

On the street level, the European-inspired Lobby Bar serves as a welcoming and vibrant hub, catering to every taste. Open from early morning to late night, it offers everything from caffeine to cocktails, complemented by all-day bistro classics.

We are assembling a team of engaging bar professionals that require strong leadership in a Bar Manager. We are recruiting a **Bar Manager** for each venue to work alongside our Groups Bars creative Ben Ingall.
