**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Live your dream job as a Project Administrator with the Winslow based in the suburb of Ravenhall.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will
- Collate quotes from subcontractors for materials and machinery
Compile tender documentation
- Create Invoices and Purchase orders as required
- Stock maintenance and ordering of stationery, office and kitchen supplies.
- Support with event organizing and catering and set up of meetings
- Enter supplier dockets, Identify purchase orders and delivery docket discrepancies
- Provide tracking reports to all relevant project stakeholders daily but not limited to: Quantities, Costs, Approvals and Commitments
- Review and reconcile cost database for discrepancies
- Assist in Preparing monthly project reports detailing costs and accruals for each cost centre
- Secure bookings for approved quotes
- Coordinate deliveries of machinery and materials
- Communicate confirmed orders and deliveries to project managers and construction supervisors
- Manage and order stock of tools, equipment, uniforms
- Other tasks as required for support project teams

- A person who is highly organised with great attention detail
- Able to proactively build positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Certification IV in Business Administration/ Accounting / Business degree
- Some expereince in a similar role or a customer service role
