An established and trusted commercial shopfitter in Melbourne is in need of a Project Coordinator to support and join our busy team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client relationship management
- Supplier quoting, contract negotiation and procurement
- Pre-start project activities (including job setup, permits, authorities, insurances)
- Providing regular progress reports and updates to the Project Manager
- Supervising and coordinating the tasks of employees and subcontractors
- Supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Post project activities (including defect management & project review)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year year experience as a Project Coordinator
- Understanding of site documentation such as plans, specifications, etc.
- Excellent administration, communication and IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $64,212.77 - $121,232.89 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
