**Position Summary**
Working directly with the Group's senior management team, the administration manager will ensure that all administrative and operational support is delivered on time and meets quality requirements.
**Main Tasks**
- Management of the organisation's administration, financial and staff resources,
- Update company policies and procedures (annual review of all documents, including SharePoint)
- Produce monthly statistics and reports for various departments of the organisation.
- Manage key company contracts and documents, ensure all are recorded with captured milestone dates, and perform regular maintenance.
- Oversee all current administrative and reporting programs and projects.
- Be the critical point of contact for all internal administrative and compliance operational matters.
- Liaise and build strong relationships with internal and external bodies.
- Representing the organisation in negotiations at annual conventions and promoting existing and new programs and policies.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in managing an administrative team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multitask and work on your own initiative
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract and articulate data to wider audiences
- Proven ability to lead and deliver successful outcomes on projects
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have a proactive attitude, motivation and a desire to succeed
**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
