The Content, Marketing and Creative division is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to join us.

**The department includes**:

- ** POLY, **our new creative and content innovation hub to inspire advertisers and agencies to push the Out of Home creative boundaries and capture more of consumers attention on the move.
- **
Marketing**, tasked with building the oOh Brand to stand out in market and stimulate awareness and interest in oOh From advertisers and agencies
- **
Content, **who oversee engagement and partnerships to increase consumer engagement with our screens

**Here is why we need you**

This role will see you responsible for day-to-day operations of the department and engaging with key internal stakeholders.

**Here’s what you’ll do**
- Oversee key business initiatives to ensure on-time delivery
- Own the annual roadmap and all high-impact business issues/opportunities, working closely with the team to communicate priorities
- Oversee department budgeting, reporting & reconciliation
- Oversee department team movements and tracking
- Develop internal presentations and complete senior reporting
- Become a key liaison with internal business departments including Finance, P&C and Legal as required
- Partner on structural organisational planning and team development
- Oversee contract workflow in partnership with Legal
- Represent the department across the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation allowing for quick collaboration
- Own special projects successfully set

**This is what you’ll look like**
- 7+ years operations experience in a creative or similar industry
- Robust communication skills
- Proven track record for strong stakeholder management
- Proven experience in being extremely commercially minded and understand / identify where we have business pressures & how to create larger tactical strategies
- Proactivity in being able to come up with out of the box ideas that can add value to the team and business
- Experience in being able to motivate and inspire your team members as a thought leader and desirable mentor
- A proven background as someone the Senior Management Team value and trust when it comes to larger projects and business strategy advice
- The knowledge of what needs to be done and work hard at multi-tasking and juggling your work/ tasks and days to achieve these goals
