**Process Responsibilities**
- Own and enforce effective change management for all payments-related processes, including financial crime prevention, integrity validations, and reporting.
- Maintain a well-governed process directory to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with payments industry SLAs.
- Ensure adherence to AML/CTF reporting obligations.
- Accountable for the execution of operational risk controls.
- Oversee the timely execution of manual payments processes.
- Ensure accuracy in end-of-day processes and confirmation of payment settlements.
- Resolve or escalate payments-related incidents in collaboration with the Payments Delivery Team.

**Other**
- Initially, play a key role in shaping the newly established Payment’s function within the organisation.
- As a greenfield team, you will work closely with the Payments Delivery Team to help define and communicate the needs and priorities of Payments Operations, establishing a strong foundation for this function.

**Qualifications**:

- A business or finance degree is beneficial but not essential
