**The Role**:
As the **Platforms, Operations and Delivery Lead**, you’ll be a senior figure within the POD team, which operates at the heart of our Revenue & Growth department. While you won’t have direct reports, you will be a key collaborator across multiple teams, responsible for driving operational efficiencies and business projects. Your leadership will help ensure the delivery of flawless OOH campaigns and improve processes, platforms, and client solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Collaborative Leadership**: Act as a senior leader within a large national team, driving initiatives and providing influence across various departments to enhance collaboration and performance.
- ** Operational Expertise**: Deeply understand oOh’s internal planning, booking, and delivery systems, client verification, and third-party platforms such as programmatic tools.
- ** Project Leadership**: Lead and collaborate on operational projects aimed at delivering streamlined processes and business results that meet the needs of internal teams and clients.
- ** Process Improvement**: Continuously document workflows and identify opportunities for simplification and operational efficiencies, enhancing the overall ways of working across departments.
- ** Change Management**: Champion new platforms and processes, participate in user testing, provide feedback, and guide teams through adoption phases.
- ** Client Solutions**: Investigate and develop technical and operational solutions to address client challenges, ensuring their campaigns are executed flawlessly.
- ** Strategy Alignment**: Ensure that your work aligns with oOh’s overall strategy while staying up to date with industry trends and advancements to best serve the needs of clients.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Build and maintain strong working relationships with teams across the business to support seamless campaign delivery.
