**Job location**
Our Corporate Office is located at Thomas Embling Hospital just 15 minutes north of the city. Due to our announced expansion across all Directorates, we have a need for experienced like-minded professionals to join our team to support our growing services. Our Directorates includes Thomas Embling Hospital, Prison Operations and our Community Directorate with highly skilled disciplines including Nursing, Lived Experience, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychologists and Social Work.
**About the Role**:
As Forensciare continues to expand our services, the People and Culture team is growing to ensure we provide efficient and effevective services to all operations.This 12 month project role will lead the review, development and implementation of new and improved policies and procedures to support the delivery of People and Culture operational strategies and objectives. This includes development and tracking of project tasks and engagement with stakeholders across the organisation.
**Duties**:
- Review, develop and implement new and improved policies and procedures across the People & Culture function
- Project Manage the implementation and change impact of these upgraded Policies and Procedures
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Process Mapping of our policies and procedures, identifying gaps and areas of improvements
**About You**:
- You will have extensive experience in preparing Policy and Procedures to reflect oganisational strategic objectives using clear and concise language to convey information that suits audience needs and deliver on project outcomes.
- Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to monitor and report on project progress and achievements.
- Ability to confidently communicate and present to people at all levels including the ability to actively listen, understand and act on feedback.
**What you need**:
- A relevant tertiary degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, Project Management, Communications or equivalent experience would be highly desirable
- Extensive Process Mapping experience and proven ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Outstanding written communicaiton skills
- Specialist experience in development and implementation of HR Policy and Procedures.
- Proven capability to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders.
