**What You'll Do**
- Provides a sales support help desk function to internal & external customers & Members
- Monitors enquiries & system trends to ensure efficient/effective process management
- Contributes to internal/external customer communications
- Review and process customer and membership related enquiries and/or requests
- Management of departmental and internal processes
- Management of Campaign fulfillment and reporting

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in a customer service environment (minimum 3-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions and suggestions
- Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate patience with difficult callers
- Ability to align to process improvement suggestions
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organisation and work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organisation/time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to all organisational policies and procedures
- Ability to be agile and adaptable to change tasks as directed as the business requires.
