**About Us**
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA).
Established in 2015, SIRA is the independent regulator of workers compensation, CTP and Home building compensation insurance schemes. Our mission is to ensure NSW insurance schemes protect and support the people who need them now and in the future.
There are two roles available which sit more specifically the teams:
- **Insurer Supervision** - We ensure the compliance and performance of insurers in line with legislation, guidelines and SIRA expectations. We provide assurance to the NSW Public that effective services are being delivered by NSW CTP Insurers through positive customer experiences and outcomes.
- **Premiums and Markets** - We ensure that customer premiums are affordable, fair,& adequate for sustainable insurance schemes regulated by SIRA. Our success is achieved by delivering responsive and robust monitoring and premium assessment to drive scheme performance and attain a balance of commercial outcomes that fosters innovation for better customer experience.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Assist with the management of the Senior Executive/s diary appointments, records and correspondence, travel arrangements, and scheduling and supporting meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements
- Assist with the management of financial payments and reporting and currency of Human Resource management systems (people and structures) to ensure the Management team has up to date, reliable and complete information
- Assist the broader team in planning, collation of materials and tracking assets to organisational standards within expected timeframes
- Gather, collate and provide background information and information for reports for the executive, to expected standards and within required timeframes, to support informed decision making and planning
- Maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery outcomes
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team.
- Respond to enquiries and escalate and redirect issues as required.
