This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced **Contract Manager** to join our WA business, based in Jandkot. Tasked with managing the success of two major clients, you’ll also be immersed in the stakeholder environment with a strong focus on operational excellent and growth. These contracts are specifically aligned to providing best in class Resource Recovery and Waste outcomes for the region.

Your attention to detail and personal drive sets you apart from others, along with your readiness to engage and find solutions in a collaborative and professional manner.

Reporting to the Logistics & Branch Manager for WA, you’ll feel empowered by the 100% ownership of these two major clients and will be the go-to person for all things relating to the ongoing relationships and finer details.

**Who you are**:

- You have a great attitude, you’re approachable and ready to be both strategic and hands on
- Experienced in successfully managing B2B or B2C relationships and/or contracts
- You put the client at the centre of your decision making
- Experienced in data management and reporting
- Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail
- You are confident and impressive in front of stakeholders and enjoy building relationships at all levels
- You have a natural focus on process improvement
- Experienced in working towards KPI’s and delivering over and above expectations
- You can come from a variety of different industry backgrounds, previous experience in waste isn’t a prerequisite for success in this role
