**The opportunity to join our team**
- Exciting opportunity for a strategic and visionary leader to join our WRAP division as the Head of Data and Analytics Strategy and Development. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the data and analytics strategy that empowers innovation, operational excellence, and insight-led decision making across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Strategy Development**: Design and drive the Wrap data and analytics strategy in alignment with division and enterprise priorities
- **Build Capability**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement advanced analytics and data science capabilities
- **Enable Insight-Driven Culture**: Champion the operationalisation of data and analytics processes that support business performance and customer outcomes
- **Deliver Insights**: Conduct research and analysis to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- **Lead and Influence**: Foster a healthy, high-performance culture and build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

**What you will bring**:

- Solid experience in a similar role in the financial services industry within data, analytics and insights management and strategy
- Strong coaching skills including ability to coach peers to identify and drive change
- Proven ability to construct and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships across the business
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence
- Industry and regulatory knowledge of wrap, superannuation and investment products, structures, direct equities/listed securities etc
- Confidence in working with internal stakeholders at all levels including executives, committees and boards, and external parties
- A commitment to delivering excellence in member and investor outcomes aligned to improving the financial future of Australians
- Strong people leadership skills
- Data Science qualifications will be highly regarded
