The Head of Data, Integration & Strategy at Tyro is responsible for three key areas:
- Data Strategy & Evolution: Own the strategic vision for data management, focusing on the evolution of the data platform and effective utilisation of the Snowflake platform to enhance data storage, retrieval and analytics capabilities. Build and enhance our 360 view of our customers.- API Integrations with Merchants: Oversee the design and implementation of API integrations with out merchants, ensuring seamless data exchange.- Technology Strategy and Architecture Governance: Lead the overall technology strategy and architecture practices, establishing governance standards to ensure the scalability, interoperability and security of our technology infrastructure.

By effectively managing these areas, you will drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver maximum value to the organisation.

What you'll do:- Platform Strategy and Roadmaps: Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps for payments and digital initiatives, outlining priorities, timelines, and resource allocations.-
- Critical Operations Management: Oversee operations within a regulatory framework, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and maintaining high operational integrity.Resource Allocation and Budget Management: Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the payments and digital team, ensuring optimal resource deployment to meet strategic priorities.- Team Development and Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting professional development, collaboration, and a culture of innovation and accountability.

What you'll bring:
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in data management,
integration, and architecture.- Success in managing cross-functional dependencies to achieve integration goals and improve operational effectiveness.- Previous experience in the effective implementation of governance practices that enhance data quality and architecture standards.- Ability to develop a Tech strategy for the is engaging at the Board, XLT and Senior Leaders level.- Demonstrated capability in defining and measuring KPIs to assess team performance and project success.- Proven experience in managing budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and optimising resources within data and integration operations.
