37Talent is searching for a Head of Customer Data Science & Analytics for Australia’s favourite loyalty program.

About the role:
The Head of Customer Data Science & Analytics will lead the customer data science and analytics function. This is a newly created role that will develop, manage, and execute advanced analytical models to improve customer understanding, experience, and lifetime value.

You will work closely with other heads from different departments while managing projects that span multiple areas such as business intelligence, data science and marketing.

What you’ll need:

- 10+ years of experience working in a data analytics and strategy capacity focused on human resources.
- BS / BA degree is not required but preferred
- Well versed in best practices for data visualisation, self-service analytics, and communicating data to non-technical audiences. Proficient in being able to translate data into storytelling.
- Experience building and developing data analytics teams.
- Passion and curiosity for data and how it can solve complex challenges.
- Ability to manage complex data challenges in a simple manner for varied audiences.
- Experience working with and presenting to executives.
