Customer Service Officer

**Duties may include**:

- Coordinating placement and delivery of all orders
- Receiving and processing sales orders
- Daily order management reporting
- Resolve order issues eg blocked orders, pricing and lead-time discrepancies
- Invoicing
- Conduct checks for new product lines and order products
- Respond to customer queries regarding orders, credits, delivery dates, pricing, new business queries, etc.
- Answer phone calls

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be reliable and hard working
- Experience using databases (SAP preferred but not essential)
- Ability to build customer relationships on the phone and resolve issues
- Attention to detail

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
