**About the Role**

We are seeking a professional and motivated **Customer Service Representative** to join our **Rocklea (Brisbane)** operations team.

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, bookings, and tracking updates while ensuring each interaction reflects Vision Freight’s focus on accuracy, communication, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate freight quotes, bookings, and delivery updates.
- Liaise with depot, operations, and driving teams to ensure on-time service.
- Investigate delivery issues and assist with PODs and claims where required.
- Maintain data integrity within TransVirtual and internal systems.
- Assist with general administration and daily operations support.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in **transport, logistics, or customer service** preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and freight software (TransVirtual experience advantageous).
- A proactive team player with a positive, professional attitude.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
