With big growth across our operations, we're looking for a sharp, motivated Customer Service professional to join the team. If you're organised, great with people, and love keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you

About the Role

  • Processing customer orders and invoices accurately in our ERP system (Fresh)
  • Answering calls, responding to enquiries, and solving issues quickly
  • Coordinating delivery runs and booking third-party transport to keep orders on time
  • Managing delivery documents, credit requests, and customer account updates
  • Being the go-to contact for customers and suppliers, building strong relationships
  • Permanent part-time role, Monday to Wednesday, 2pm to 10pm
