IDEXX are currently seeking our newest Field Support Representatives Manager to lead the Field Support team across Australia & New Zealand. In this role you will be leading the FSR strategy, linked to our commercial objectives and ensuring that the team create a positive customer experience at installation, training and during utilisation of IDEXX CAG products and services. You will be managing the team across the region including overall performance, training, coaching and development.
A tertiary degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication skills
Great at problem solving and a proactive approach to challenges
A strong knowledge of the veterinary industry
