We provide personalised customer service, free virtual training sessions, and tech support to support our customers' projects.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Faunatech in Rydalmere, NSW. The Inside Sales Representative will be part of a small sales team, contributing to the organisation in an inside sales role, training co-host, conference events coordinator and minor office management.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
Essential functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Update and maintain customer contact details in NetSuite as appropriate.
- Respond to customer inquiries for more information, including advice on product selection, processing sole source letters, etc.
- Customer follow-up moving opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations to address internal and external customer issues that may arise.
- Co-host online trainings and support our Training Team with customer requests.
- Manage the conference events pipeline for approximately 10 events a year. This includes communicating with event organisers for sponsorship/exhibitor opportunities, ensuring all assets are available for the conference, deadlines are met for payment, attendee registration and marketing collateral, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of all of Faunatech products and their use in the field (will provide training)
- Support office with ordering office supplies and marketing merchandise.
- Maintaining up-to-date conference kits.

- Communication with others internally and externally to ensure the information needed is received and sent in a timely manner
- Problem-solving for customers, providing exceptional customer service.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
**Knowledge**
- Interest in nature conservation, wildlife and technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Zoom and Google Suite
- Minimum 3 years inside sales experience essential.
- Experience working with NetSuite, HubSpot or similar CRM.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
**Working Conditions**
Work is performed on site in Rydalmere, NSW within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
