**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to lead the proactive maintenance and optimisation of our website and supporting platforms
- Maintain digital platforms (including creation of new and update of existing pages) with updates which are presented in such a way that speaks in our voice to our customers and are aligned to trade activities
- Manage day-to-day onsite promotions merchandising
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of and support improvements to our customer journeys
- Support our platform change by assisting in the migration of content, assets and other administrative tasks
- Publish ratings and reviews
- Optimise onsite search experience
- Boldly challenge the status quo and provide digital thought leadership
- Work cross functionally with the Studio Manager, Marketing and creative teams to deliver briefs and content creation

- 2 years’ experience in a similar eCommerce role
- Experience in updating websites and ecommerce stores
- Basic understanding of html
- Experience using Ecommerce Content Management Systems, such as Magento,Umbraco CMS or SAP Commerce Cloud
- Previous experience using online metrics tools (GA360 will be highly regarded)
- Understanding of performance channels such as SEM, paid social, retargeting
- Strong data management skills, including maintaining and reporting
- Passionate about the digital space
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities while delivering exceptional work within the required timeframes
- Ability to self-manage while being an integral team member, supporting peers and helping them in peak times to deliver outcomes
- Perseverance and resilience to manage setbacks and work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide clear instruction and guidance to others helping them to understand how to implement process
- Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive outlook toward change, ensuring organisation and attention to detail is always maintained

**Education/Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing)
