The Company has an amazing opportunity available for a full time Sales and Marketing Manager, within our ever-growing Property Investment firm.

We are looking for the next asset to our team, who will lead the outbound sales team and company marketing activities.

**JOB TASKS and EXPECTATIONS**

You will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the Company’s outbound sales team and marketing activities undertaken by the organisation.
- Development and implementation of sales strategies within the Chase Wealth Australia outbound Sales and Marketing Team
- Establishment of individual and team sales KPI’s, in order to maximise the organisation’s revenue and client loyalty
- Development and implementation of strategies to promote the organisation’s services to new potential clients
- Development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of the organisation’s services through the creation and reinforcement of ‘brand loyalty’ and recognition.
- Implementation of strategies to build and maintain the organisation’s image and reputation with its clients, investors and the wider public.
- Management and monitoring the performance of the of the Company’s social media marketing and online advertising
- Coaching and provision of mentoring to the Outbound Sales team,
- Holding daily team meetings, to maintain the team’s focus and resilience whilst they perform their duties for the Organisation
- Ensure that all policies and procedures related to the Outbound Sales Team are adhered to
- Stay informed of regulatory updates and other changes within the relevant property related industries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification (Sales or Marketing further Education is highly desirable)
- Demonstrated 2 years of experience within a similar capacity
- Ability to effectively mentor and lead a Sales team

Advanced proficiency in CRM systems

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
