Are you a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional looking to make a real difference? We’re on the lookout for a **Brand and Campaign Coordinator** to join our Melbourne-based support office and help shape the future of children’s experiences across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland.

**About the role**:
You’ll be the creative engine behind our marketing campaigns and branded materials—coordinating the production and distribution of marketing assets and leading the rollout of new initiatives across our global portfolio.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing and distributing branded collateral to support in-service delivery teams.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Managing creative development for campaigns across print, digital, and social.
- Managing and posting content on our socials channels across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Supporting internal communications and promotional messaging.
- Coordinating with external providers like designers, printers, and digital agencies.
- Managing content on our internal JAM portal and ensuring easy access to key materials.

**Qualifications** About you**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign coordination role.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- A strong understanding of brand strategy and creative development.
- Excellent written communication and content development skills.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- A proactive, autonomous approach and the flexibility to manage change.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating impactful, audience-driven marketing
