**Role Summary**: This role is perfect for an organised, proactive individual with a passion for marketing and operational efficiency. As the Marketing & Operations Coordinator, you’ll oversee and maintain our social media presence, manage admin duties, support directors in business initiatives, drive the educational segment, coordinate podcast production, and maintain client communication and scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Create, post, and maintain engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok for Hair, Body & Soul and HBS Education. A good eye for photography is a big plus
- **Administrative Support**: Assist directors in strategic business tasks and decisions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Education Coordination**: Drive the education side of the business by coordinating events, masterclasses, and liaising with clients.
- **Podcast Production**: Oversee recording, editing, and distribution of our podcast, ensuring high-quality content and regular releases.
- **Quarterly Newsletters**: Create, design, and distribute newsletters to engage our community with updates, events, and news.
- **Client Communication & Scheduling**: Manage salon appointments, assist with reception when needed ensuring a seamless experience for clients and efficient scheduling for staff.
- **Website Updates**: Regularly update the website with new information, promotions, and educational content.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to drive initiatives and work independently.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and basic podcast editing software.
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 20 per week
